'Ulu Mochiko Chicken

'Ulu Mochiko Chicken 

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sake and sugar in a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in the crushed garlic and grated ginger into the marinade. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put into the marinade for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.  

Dip marinated chicken pieces into 'Ulu Fry Mix, followed by buttermilk, then a second dip in the 'Ulu Fry Mix and fry in hot oil. Garnish with fresh scallions, ginger and a drizzle of Aloha Bites Tutuʻs Calamansi Marmalade. Enjoy!
