'Ulu Sweet Pancake Recipe
'ULU PANCAKE RECIPE
1 1/4 cup Aloha Bites 'Ulu Cupcake Mix
1 egg
3/4 cup oil or melted butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. sugar or honey (optional)
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Oil or butter pan on medium high heat. pour a small amount into the pan an cook one side for a minute or so and flip to cook the other side. Enjoy with maple syrup or Aloha Bites Lilikoi Jelly!
Optional mix ins to one recipe; 1/4 a cup of blueberries or strawberries; one half banana; 1/4 cup of nuts or dried fruit.
