'Ulu Savory Breading Mix Package Recipes

• Dry coat: Dip brined chicken pieces into 'Ulu Fry Mix, followed by buttermilk, then a second dip in the ʻUlu Fry Mix and fry in hot oil. Garnish with fresh scallions, ginger and little shoyu (soysauce). Enjoy!
• Wet coat: Add 1 cup water or broth to mix to 1/2 cup of 'Ulu Fry Mix to form a batter. Lightly coat meat or vegetables in ʻUlu Fry Mix, then dip in batter and fry.
• In a warm pan combine equal parts butter to 'Ulu Fry Mix to make a roux and use this mix to thicken gravy, sauces or stews.
