ʻUlu Cupcake Recipe

 

ʻULU CUPCAKE RECIPE

cupcakes:

       1 package Aloha Bites ʻUlu Cupcake Mix

        2 eggs (or egg substitute)

        1 stick of butter (or 1/2 cup vegan butter)

        1/4 cup of oil

        1/2 cup milk (or milk replacer)

Icing:

        1 stick softened butter

        1 tsp vanilla

        2 cups powdered

Mix all cupcake ingredients together until well combined. Spray pan with non-stick spray, fill cupcake pan 3/4 full of the mix. For regular size cupcakes, bake at 325°F for 20-25 min. For mini cupcakes cook for 18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 

For icing, whip all ingredients together until smooth. scoop into a piping bag and decorate! Top with sprinkles or fruit.

Optional mix ins to one recipe; 1/2 a cup of fruit; one banana; 1/2 cup of nuts and 1/2 cup of dried fruit, swirl in 1/2 a cup of Aloha Bites Jam

yeild: 12 regular cupcakes or 24 mini muffins
