Akiko won best in show at That Takes the Cake Show in Austin, Texas and participated on Food Network’s Cake Wars with the Best Designed Cake in Cake Wars History!
Originally from the Lone Star State, Akiko brings her experiences and shares her creativity with Hawaii now through Aloha Bites. “Sharing Aloha one Bite at a Time!”
Akiko creates sweet bite size treats made from local ingredients from the island of Hawaii as well as uses plant based coloring to bring all those fun edible bite size treats to you. Aloha Bites is partnered with KualoaGrown at Kualoa Ranch to make preserves with their Hawaii grown produce. We can take a custom order for special events and occasionally have cake and cupcake classes available.
